About the position

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing some of the largest resellers in North America and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a "people person" with strong relationship-building skills and experience in the domain, SSL, and email industries. Responsibilities
- Grow revenue and business in North America
- Lead all aspects of a portfolio of key accounts for wholesale domain, SSL, and email products
- Help customers to grow
- Identify business opportunities within the existing channel and cross-sell additional services
- Maintain and execute strategic account plans in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with marketing promotions
- Develop strong business relationships with customers
- Understand and solve technical problems on a high-level
- Gain industry knowledge in hosting, domains, and email
- Work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
- Experienced Key Account Manager with 3-5 years demonstrated ability in a similar role and a proven sales track record.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Technical affinity and ability to understand technical problems on a high-level.
- Industry knowledge (hosting, domains, email) is a great plus, the ability and willingness to gain this knowledge a must.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
