About The Position
The Kettle Coordinator recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors the work of employee and volunteer bell ringers to ensure adequate staffing for location needs. This role involves preparing records and reports related to these activities and driving a Salvation Army vehicle to transport kettle workers to and from locations, as well as picking up kettles.
Requirements
- High School or G.E.D.
- One year experience working with kettle fund raising programs preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Recruits, trains, coordinates, and monitors employee and volunteer bell ringers.
- Ensures ample staff to meet location needs.
- Prepares records and reports regarding bell ringer activities.
- Drives Salvation Army vehicle to transport kettle workers to and from locations.
- Drives Salvation Army vehicle to pick up kettles.
