About The Position

The Kerry Graduate Programme 2027 - Finance is a 3-year rotational programme designed for ambitious graduates seeking a career in finance within a global business. The programme combines practical experience through three rotations in different Finance teams with leadership development, strategic projects, and exposure to senior leaders. Graduates will work towards completing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) with full support. The role offers a permanent contract from day one, with opportunities for international experience and a long-term career path within Kerry.

Requirements

• Be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2.1 degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Sustainability, Mathematics, Engineering or Business Analytics.
• Be committed to completing a professional accounting qualification.
• Be ambitious, curious, open-minded, and ready to put your talents into action.
• Be fluent in English and ideally another language.
• Be eager to explore AI and new technologies, and keen to use them to work smarter, solve real challenges and make a meaningful impact.
• Be eligible to work permanently in Europe.
• Be open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete 3 rotations over the 3-year programme, building breadth of exposure and readiness for future leadership roles.
• Develop formal leadership skills through dedicated learning modules and ongoing career-focused mentoring.
• Work on projects that help solve real business challenges and give you the chance to make a meaningful contribution.
• Gain access to senior leaders who will help inspire, motivate and connect you to Kerry’s purpose and strategy from the start.
• Build relationships through our global and regional graduate networks, connecting with other graduates across the business.
• Become a certified accountant through your choice of professional accreditation routes.
• Learn how finance teams partner with the business, support decision-making and help create value in a fast-moving, international environment.
• Gain exposure to areas including Financial Control, Tax and Treasury, Operations Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing & Margin Management, M&A, Investor Relations and Sustainability Finance.
