About The Position

This 12-month Engineering Graduate Programme is designed for final year undergraduate or Masters students in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines, as well as 2026 fresh graduates. The program aims to build foundational skills through a development journey, including a global induction 'Engineering Bootcamp' week, group projects aligned with LSEG goals, and an 'Ignite' mid-point skills offsite. Graduates will explore potential career paths within the Engineering function in Boston, working on building, operating, and improving platforms, products, services, and models. Roles span software and platform engineering, reliability engineering, quality assurance, cyber security, service operations, service management, financial engineering, and data science. The program offers opportunities to earn industry-recognized qualifications, connect with a global early careers community, and contribute to CSR initiatives and volunteering. Graduates join on a permanent basis and are aligned to an Engineering Team from day one.

Requirements

Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline, and have completed all the requirements of your course before August 2027.
Fresh graduate in class of 2026.
Genuine curiosity about Technology and strive to pursue a Technology career path.
Strong interest in technology proven via work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies.
Demonstrable interest in financial markets, built through studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.
Curiosity for data and an ability to analyse information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
Ability to connect the dots and think strategically.
Focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate with others, using communication skills.
Rights to work in the US without restrictions for the duration of the graduate programme and join on a permanent basis from day one.
Candidates with physics, engineering, electronic degrees who can demonstrate an interest in Technology as evidenced by extracurriculars or work experience, or personal projects can apply.
