About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a full-time Junk & Route Sales Associate in Tucson, Arizona. This active, customer-facing position combines route driving, sales, customer service, and junk removal. Working alongside a Truck Team Partner, you will drive a company truck on assigned routes, meet customers, provide on-the-spot estimates, close sales, and remove and responsibly dispose of unwanted items. The work takes place outdoors and in changing environments and involves repeatedly lifting 50 pounds or more.

Compensation is listed as an average of $22–$25 per hour, including a $15.50 hourly base wage, profit share, and tips; the posting also says earnings can reach $27 per hour and that profit share and tips are uncapped. Paid training covers sales and closing techniques, customer service, marketing and brand representation, leadership, and operations. Requirements
