About The Position

As a Truck Team Member, you will help customers remove unwanted items while providing dependable, friendly service throughout each job. This active, hands-on role involves working alongside a teammate in the community, carrying and loading items, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. The work varies from job to job and may include clearing garages, removing furniture, and assisting with larger cleanouts.

The position pays $15–$20 per hour, plus tips and opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Full-time team members can access health, vision, and dental benefits and a 401(k) after one year of employment. Requirements

• Be dependable and bring a positive attitude to the job.
• Be comfortable with physical work and interacting with customers.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a clean three-year driving record for insurance purposes.
