About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative in Panama City, Florida. This role combines customer service, on-site sales, and hands-on junk removal for homes and businesses. Team members create positive customer experiences, discuss pricing, provide estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items safely. Driving and operating box trucks is part of the job, with training provided. No prior junk removal experience is required; employees participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios for training, skill development, and performance improvement. The position is full-time, with 4–5 shifts per week: 3–4 weekday shifts and one mandatory weekend shift. Employees must be available for four weekdays and one weekend day every week. Shifts last 8–12 hours and may fall between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM, depending on business needs. Pay is listed as $22–$28+ per hour, consisting of a $15 base rate plus profit sharing and tips; overtime may be needed. Employees must maintain the specified uniform while at the office, whether on or off the clock: brown belt, brown steel-toe boots, navy blue work pants or shorts, and company-provided branded polo, ball cap or beanie, and sweatshirt. A valid DOT Medical Card is required to drive commercial vehicles, and Southwind covers the full cost of obtaining DOT Medical Certification.
