About The Position

Southwind, a 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, is hiring a full-time team member for its Field Sales & Service Team in Reno, Nevada. The role combines customer service and sales with hands-on junk removal from homes and businesses. Team members explain services and pricing, identify opportunities to increase sales, and represent the brand professionally while working alongside a team. No junk-removal experience is required. The schedule is five days per week: four weekdays and one weekend day. Pay is $22–$24+ per hour, including a $12/hour base, profit share, and tips.

Requirements

• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 or older.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
