About The Position

Southwind, the owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead for its Field Sales & Service Team in Tempe, Arizona. The role combines customer service, on-site sales, and hands-on junk removal. Team members create positive customer experiences, provide estimates, close sales, and remove items from homes and businesses. The position includes driving and operating box trucks, with training provided, as well as daily recorded role-play scenarios for ongoing training and performance improvement. No prior junk removal experience is required. The company promotes from within and offers advancement pathways in sales, people development, and operations.

Physical fitness and enthusiasm for hands-on work, including lifting and moving items up to 75+ pounds.
Reliability, hard work, and a positive contribution to team culture.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Valid DOT Medical Card for driving commercial vehicles; the company will arrange and cover the cost of obtaining DOT Medical Certification.
Availability for four weekdays and one weekend day each week.
