About The Position

Buck Mason is seeking a creative, hands-on Junior Visual Manager to help bring its in-store experience to life through visual merchandising inspired by the brand’s architectural approach to product and California style. The role collaborates with the Visual Team and Store Leadership to execute floor moves and styling moments, maintain store presentation, and align visual updates with brand standards and current campaigns. Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus but is not required; training is available for the right person. The stated pay range is $25–$30 per hour, with possible bonuses and other performance-related perks.

Requirements

Creativity and a hands-on approach to visual work.
Awareness of trends and an ability to maintain classic styling.
Organization and efficiency, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Comfort with lifting, climbing, and working in conditions that may involve dust.
Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the setup and execution of visual updates.
Style product displays in line with brand guidelines.
Maintain store visual standards, including lighting, signage, and folding.
Participate with the store management team in visual decisions while maintaining company standards.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and implement floor moves.
Stay aware of advertising and marketing campaigns and product launches, and update store visuals accordingly.
Develop and share new visual initiatives, ideas, and philosophies with the team.
Help organize special in-store events.
Communicate the visual calendar and priorities to the store team.
Partner with the District Manager and Visual Manager to schedule monthly store visits.
Partner with Retail Merchandising to provide feedback on local execution.
