About The Position

Buck Mason is seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser to help create and maintain an engaging in-store experience that reflects the brand’s style and visual standards. The role works with the Visual Team, Store Leadership, and store management to execute floor moves, product styling, and visual updates in a fast-paced retail environment. The position also supports store events, communicates visual priorities, and partners with district and retail merchandising teams to improve local execution. Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus but is not required; training is available for the right person.

Requirements

Creative, hands-on approach and interest in creating an appealing in-store atmosphere.
Awareness of trends and ability to balance contemporary ideas with classic styling.
Strong organization and efficiency; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfort with lifting, climbing, and working in dusty conditions.
Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the setup and execution of visual updates.
Style product displays in alignment with brand guidelines.
Maintain store visual standards, including lighting, signage, and folding.
Participate with the store management team in making visual decisions while maintaining company standards.
Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager to plan and implement floor moves.
Track advertising and marketing campaigns and product launches, updating store visuals accordingly.
Develop and share new visual initiatives, ideas, and philosophies with the team.
Participate in organizing special in-store events.
Communicate the visual calendar and priorities to the store team.
Partner with the District Manager and Visual Manager to schedule monthly store visits.
Partner with Retail Merchandising to provide feedback on local execution.
