Cardiff is seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of its Salesforce environment. The role works closely with the senior Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to keep the system secure, accurate, and easy to use. It is suited to someone with hands-on administration experience who wants to grow in a complex, established Salesforce organization. The administrator handles user support, permissions, data quality, reporting, and simple automation, while learning how Salesforce changes affect related processes. Success involves resolving support requests quickly and accurately, maintaining clean user access and data, and building reliable reports and simple automation. The role also calls for asking good questions, documenting work, escalating issues appropriately, and continuing to develop Salesforce skills. During the first 30 days, the administrator learns the Salesforce organization, business processes, and support workflow, shadows the senior administrator, and begins resolving routine tickets independently. By 60 days, the administrator is expected to own day-to-day user management and permission requests, complete a data-cleanup project, and build or improve reports and dashboards for a business team. By 90 days, the administrator should handle most Tier 1 support independently, build and deploy simple Flows with senior review, and help maintain documentation and team processes.
