The Triage rep plays a critical role in the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented individual with a positive attitude, who loves helping others and guiding them to the right place. The Triage manages new customer inquiries, connecting with prospects, and coordinating appointments for our Enrollment Team. This position focuses on quick follow-up with info requests, qualifying leads, scheduling discovery calls, and confirming appointments to ensure a seamless experience for potential clients.
