About The Position

MinIO is seeking a Junior Sales Analyst who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the inner workings of a sales team. This role will provide crucial support to the Sales and Revenue Operations teams by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Salesforce data. The position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain practical experience in sales operations, CRM systems, and data management.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail—you care about getting things right
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Interest in learning Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
  • Ability to work remotely and stay self-motivated

Nice To Haves

  • Any exposure to Salesforce or similar tools
  • Experience with data entry, admin work, or operations support

Responsibilities

  • Keep Salesforce data clean and up to date on a daily basis (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and key fields)
  • Review records to make sure required information is filled in correctly
  • Fix missing or incorrect data and help remove duplicates
  • Support simple day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team
  • Work with teammates to make sure data is entered consistently
  • Help improve processes over time by spotting patterns or issues
