Junior Analyst – Retail Analytics Calgary, AB (Corporate Office) – Hybrid Opportunity. Requirements

• Recent graduate or early career in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communicator with attention to detail.
• High ownership and accountability.
• Power BI required.
• Advanced Excel required.

Nice To Haves

• SQL, Python, or DAX.
• Exposure to POS/ERP systems.
• Interest in retail or e-commerce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, inventory, and retail performance data.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
• Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Investigate data issues and improve data quality.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven analytics initiatives.
