About The Position

We are committed to continual growth and actively seek highly talented, driven individuals with the right mindset to join our Fixed Income Sales team in New York. Our high-yield sales desk consists of ~ 50 sales professionals across offices in New York, Stockholm, Oslo, Stavanger, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Zürich, London, and Singapore. Pareto Securities is the market leader in the Nordic debt capital market and has been instrumental in building and developing it since the early 2000s. We aim to provide companies with the most competitive financing solutions and investors with proprietary investment opportunities. You will be part of a fast-moving, client-facing sales team covering High Yield and other credit products, building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, and contributing to one of the most active desks in the Nordic and US credit markets.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and a self-starter, motivated to achieve sales goals
  • Great work capacity
  • Analytical skills
  • Genuine interest in financial markets
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in economics, finance, or another business-related field, with strong academic results

Nice To Haves

  • A few years of experience in credit sales, research or other adjacent fields
