About The Position

Our firm is recognized for its extensive industry knowledge and a robust global network of investors, developed over three decades. We are dedicated to continuous growth and are looking for highly talented, driven individuals to join our Fixed Income Sales team in New York. The high-yield sales desk comprises approximately 50 sales professionals operating from offices in New York, Stockholm, Oslo, Stavanger, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Zürich, London, and Singapore. Pareto Securities leads the Nordic debt capital market, having played a key role in its development since the early 2000s. Our objective is to offer companies the most competitive financing solutions and provide investors with unique investment opportunities. This role involves joining a dynamic, client-facing sales team focused on High Yield and other credit products.

Requirements

• Highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and a self-starter, motivated to achieve sales goals
• Great work capacity
• Analytical skills
• Genuine interest in financial markets
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in economics, finance, or another business-related field, with strong academic results
• A few years of experience in credit sales, research or other adjacent fields

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationships with institutional investors
• Contributing to one of the most active desks in the Nordic and US credit markets
