We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process and help attract top talent. The ideal candidate will assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and talent acquisition, and wants to build a career in HR and recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Spanish and English speaker (ideally bilingual).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Availability to work on a hybrid model

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Post job openings on recruitment platforms and company career pages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support onboarding and documentation activities when required.
