As a TA Partner, you will report to a TA Director and support professional full-lifecycle recruiting for our North America Hill’s Pet Nutrition business, based out of our Hill’s HQ location in Overland Park, Kansas. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal clients, including the business and people organization, by leveraging your TA expertise, data storytelling and business acumen to drive impactful hiring outcomes.
