About The Position

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner leverages experience and independent judgement to bring forward a detailed and thorough market strategy for our business functions at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) inclusive of our portfolio, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Oceania Cruises & Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The ideal candidate will accomplish this through indirect and direct candidate identification, sourcing channel optimization, in-depth industry and competitive research analysis, and creation of well calibrated candidate pools. The successful individual will prepare and present research findings to internal stakeholders, conduct detailed interviews with candidates, guide and influence executive stakeholders on making the best talent decisions for his/her team and utilize technology tools to ensure success in each search, managing multiple searches at one time. The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to the overall success and employer value proposition of NCLH through candidate and executive interaction, demonstrating the highest level of ethics and personal integrity. The successful individual will maintain strong and effective relationships with key leaders across the brands and exercise independent judgement in their work while remaining closely connected to business activity and market trends that impact NCLH ability to attract industry leading talent.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ of Executive Search, Business Partner, and/or Human Capital consulting experience.
  • Hold a bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and job experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral, written and listening.
  • Ability to interact with and consult with executive levels throughout NCLH.
  • Strong command in how to identify and present macro-economic trends impacting the Cruising industry and NCLH, while using competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors.
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Experience confidently supporting, advising, and coaching leaders across the organization.
  • The ability to manage multiple searches effectively and prioritize accordingly.
  • Self-confident and self-motivated, dynamic, accomplished, and viewed as an individual who can continue to drive value into the NCLH businesses.
  • Highly motivated, have good judgment and possess superior interpersonal and evaluative skills.
  • Track record of strong stakeholder management and relationship building with demonstrated success working with cross-functional People Experience teams, including TA Leadership Peers, People Excellence CoE, Onboarding Teams, Learning & Development etc.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate go-to-market strategy, including an overview of industry, company, and candidate specific funnels and/or targets.
  • Builds market data and insights to present to key stakeholders and maintain accurate talent data to influence hiring and talent decisions including talent supply and demand, compensation trends and the competitive talent landscape in general.
  • Conduct rigorous market research and organizational mapping to identify target companies and build high-quality executive candidate pipelines aligned to the position profile.
  • Lead the internal client executive kick off call to present data and insights, and set project timelines and deliverables.
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework against target outcomes.
  • Effectively present key research findings to internal team members, HR Partners and Key Stakeholders.
  • Curate well calibrated candidate slates for open positions, prepare and present progress and candidate reports to executive stakeholders.
  • Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time
  • Serve as an enterprise-wide champion for the Workday platform, including ownership of ATS capabilities and optimization.
  • Maintains data integrity and accuracy on Workday ATS and other internal databases.
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience for all applicants and candidates interacting with NCLH.
  • Effectively conducts interviews and assesses candidates, using discretion to determine candidate fit with job profile requirements and competencies.
  • Develop an understanding of the businesses to educate potential candidates on roles.
  • Cultivate internal relationships with business leaders to provide world-class internal client service and talent acquisition guidance.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and center of expertise (CoE) leaders including but not limited to People Experience Partners (HR), Compensation, Benefits & Talent Management.
  • Partner with compensation teams in developing salary recommendations and lead candidate salary negotiation process.
  • Exercise independent judgement to effectively manage shifting priorities and workload
  • Commit to continuous learning and advancement of skills and expertise, including market and competitive search analysis and candidate search strategies.
  • Deliver special recruitment programs including market-specific strategies as needed throughout our lines of business.
