About The Position

Junior Operating Partners help bring the Domino’s experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building teams, and creating a fun environment that supports growth and purpose. The role offers a five-part compensation package based on a 50-hour work week: annual hourly-wage earnings of $42,900–$45,760; daily cash tip sharing with an additional $2,200–$7,800 or more; an annual operating partner bonus of $1,560–$4,680; a training program intended to increase earning potential and support advancement; and paid health insurance, with the employer paying a portion of the premium. The listed starting income potential from the first three earning opportunities is $46,660–$58,240. Domino’s Team 5280 is an independently owned, growing nine-store franchise.
