About The Position
The Restaurant Operating Partner (ROP) is the leader and business manager of a Freddy’s restaurant, responsible for coaching and developing team members and managers while ensuring the restaurant’s operational and financial success. The ROP hires, trains, and develops staff who support the Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality culture and commitment to great food, exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, and safety. The role sets the tone for the restaurant and works to make it successful and a positive place to work. The ROP consistently pursues objectives measured by key performance indicators, including sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety, cleanliness, food costs, and labor costs. JRI Hospitality describes itself as a food-focused, people-first company that invests in team-member development and offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant and/or hospitality management experience.
- Hospitality focus and strong communication skills.
- Ability to build a team and mentor team members to support their success.
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant and take operational and financial responsibility for its performance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members and managers.
- Hire, train, and develop employees who align with Freddy’s and JRI Hospitality’s culture and service commitments.
- Promote great food, exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Drive restaurant performance against KPIs, including sales, guest count, profitability, hospitality, safety, cleanliness, food costs, and labor costs.
- Build a successful restaurant and a positive workplace for team members.
