About The Position

The IT Department of one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the country is seeking a Junior IT Support Analyst who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This individual will have a direct impact on our firm’s mission of serving as a catalyst for those striving to achieve their highest potential. In this role, you will focus on incoming service requests, troubleshooting various hardware/software issues, installation of new hardware, and documentation of completed work in a ticketing system. You will work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to ensure tickets are being resolved within acceptable timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming tickets and be the first contact for requests.
  • Assist with IT requests and project support activities as needed.
  • Scheduling and coordination of tickets.
  • Champion Conference Room technology including Audio/Video Conferencing.
  • Respond to incoming requests promptly and courteously.
  • Prioritize requests according to criticality.
  • Identify timely and accurate solutions to technical issues.
  • Provide initial help desk support (both remote and on-site) including hardware, software, and office equipment.
  • Document all support activities in ticket tracking database.
  • Inventory management of technology assets.
  • Assist with Employee account maintenance.
  • Deployment of equipment.
  • Create and update documentation.
