About The Position
10x.team is seeking a Junior Freelance Recruiter to join our fast-growing community. In this role, you will play an important part in reviewing candidates who apply to join the 10x community. This is a remote freelance position requiring a weekly commitment of 30–40 hours.
Requirements
- Some prior experience in recruitment or HR (internship, agency, or in-house)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable following structured processes and providing objective feedback
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Responsibilities
- Review job profiles and applications submitted by candidates
- Assess candidate fit through evaluation of interviews and assessment results
- Decide which candidates can join the 10x community based on predefined criteria
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and progress
