About The Position
United Land Services (ULS) is a full-service landscaping Company. At United, we offer an all-inclusive suite of commercial landscape installation and maintenance services, including but not limited to landscape design and maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting. Whether a single-family home development, condominium complex, commercial building, or shopping center, we handle it all. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing and identifying candidates for a variety of positions across the company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a small team.
- Office experience required; must be confident making phone calls throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage candidates for a variety of roles.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist with job postings and outreach efforts to attract qualified talent.
- Support the recruiting team with administrative and research tasks as needed.
