About The Position

TMB is seeking a Junior Financial Systems Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center. The analyst will support financial management activities, including budget development and execution, performance measurement, budget analysis, financial research, reporting, and maintenance of records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• No professional experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management support for annual budget development and execution activities.
• Assist with performance measurement reporting and budget analysis.
• Research economic and financial data to support government decision-making.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and financial documentation.
• Support customer meetings, financial reviews, and budget planning activities.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
