Requirements

• Conversational AI expertise: You have at least a strong interest, ideally concrete experience from work/studies in the field of Conversational AI, Computational Linguistics, Interaction Design, or in projects with generative AI in the chat or voice environment.
• Experiences: You ideally already have initial professional or project experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar in the area of technical projects.
• Tech-Stack: You know what RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and SDKs are and do not shy away from technical project organization.
• Data analysis: You are interested in the analysis and evaluation of Conversational AI projects and have an idea of which evaluable data help to make the success of such a project measurable.
• Soft Skills: You enjoy direct collaboration with our customers, are interested in language, and speak fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• You develop Conversational AI applications for voice & chat in the channels Phone, Alexa, WhatsApp, Web, and App chat with our established frameworks and platforms like Parlo.
• You support our experienced project managers in customer consultations regarding the channel-specific potential of Conversational AI and create state-of-the-art customer journeys.
• You accompany projects from customer inquiry to operation and support project management.
• You utilize the creative freedom we give you to lead customer projects to success together with the team and to further develop ourselves as an agency.
