About The Position

The Jr. Associate, Creative Strategy & Design position plays a pivotal role in directly supporting Internal ops teams by delivering fully functional interactive Videos and Banners using KERV’s Proprietary platform. This position is fast paced and requires a full understanding of KERV’s technology along with a good technical understanding of the design process and Industry Standard design tools. In addition to a strong design portfolio, the position should have attention to detail with the ability to quickly shift focus between a multitude of tasks. This candidate will report to and work directly under the Manager, Creative Strategy.

Requirements

  • Professional or internship experience in design in media/advertising/marketing industry (or related)
  • Commitment to excellence and a portfolio of design achievements against set goals
  • Basic Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier After Effects)
  • Basic Experience with presentation applications (Google Slides, PowerPoint,)
  • Ability to adhere to an established set of brand guidelines and templates
  • Knowledge/experience with Google Suite & MS Office
  • Strong writing and grammar skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication: emails, phone, in-person, video call
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated with the ability to work with multiple internal disciplines, tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and pays strong attention to detail
  • A true passion for interactive video technology, digital media and graphic design/visual communication

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity/experience with the following: Figma,Wordpress, Sketch, Zeplin, Mailchimp, HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and technologies, including programmatic (e.g., SSPs, AdExchanges, DSPs, DMPs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative units for clients based on KPIs utilizing Kerv’s Radius Platform
  • Curate copy and links from client/brand resources.
  • Periodically edit videos for specific client needs including shortening longer form videos and adding custom graphical end frames where needed.
  • Create/maintain spec sheets, best practices, and all other product/process support materials
  • Periodically attend calls with clients led by Client Success team to discuss overall campaign goals and timelines.
  • Support the Creative and Design teams directly working on pitch or marketing demos
  • Directly support Client Success team with higher priority RFP demos for timely and refined submissions
  • Maintain and organize all materials and assets for easy internal team accessibility.
