About The Position

The Junior Marketing Creative Specialist supports the execution of trueCABLE’s visual brand across digital and e-commerce channels. This role focuses on the creation and production of marketing and product-related assets, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams, this position contributes to campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing content needs through hands-on design and asset development. The Creative Specialist plays a key role in maintaining brand standards while helping scale content production to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, digital media or a related field
  • 0-3 years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on graphic design and digital marketing
  • Strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail are required
  • Intermediate level skills with Adobe Creative Cloud and other design and video editing platforms, like Canva.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce sales channels such as Amazon and Shopify is a plus
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Genuine curiosity and the desire to learn. We are ever-changing and need team members who are innovative and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team
  • Track record of successfully working from home or remotely is a plus
  • Some travel required - max 3 trips per year
  • This is a full-time position that will work regular business hours, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Create static visual assets for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email graphics, social content, and occasional video-support graphics (icons, overlays, and simple motion elements)
  • Support in the design and updating of product detail page (PDP) images, infographics, and supporting visuals
  • Develop product-related materials such as spec sheets, instruction sheets, and packaging assets
  • Produce graphics to support blog and educational content
  • Edit, resize, and optimize images for various platforms and formats
  • Contribute to additional creative projects as needed to support evolving marketing and business priorities
  • Execute creative concepts provided by the marketing and e-commerce teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Assist with product photography, including shot list preparation and post-production editing
  • Maintain consistency across all visual assets and channels
  • Support high-volume content needs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure assets meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to refine creative output
