Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in creative design and marketing, including brand development, multimedia content, and video production in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); web design/HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related tools
  • Portfolio demonstrating design and video work
  • Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and supporting team members
  • Experience working with both internal and external audiences
  • Experience using data to support marketing decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the commercial insurance market preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on design, video production, and multimedia content.
  • Oversee content development, manage a creative team, and work with business stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand presence across channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing plans supporting commercial insurance products and services.
  • Oversee creation of assets across print and digital channels, including trade publications, email, social media, and web.
  • Direct video and multimedia production from concept through delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and animation.
  • Serve as editor for the quarterly agent/broker newsletter, guiding content and ensuring clear communication.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging, positioning, and creative output.
  • Support internal communications, including audio and video content for company meetings and events.
  • Manage and support a creative team through clear direction, feedback, and coaching.
