As the Senior Director, Creative Strategy, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to the SVP, Chief Brand Officer. You are a highly emotionally intelligent leader who can see around corners, anticipate needs, and dive deep to understand the broader business operations. Acts as a culture keeper and spirit leader of the team in collaboration with Chief Brand Officer. Acting as a crucial cross-functional partner across the business, you will guide the creative department by conceptualizing exactly how we get the work done. You will function as a hybrid between a high-level project manager and an executive producer, ensuring the right people are in place for each project while driving complex initiatives from concept to completion. You will serve as a sounding board for the creative teams. Additionally, you will lead and supervise the creative delivery team to ensure seamless project execution.
