About The Position
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with tax filings, audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves maintaining organized financial records, updating accounting systems, and processing invoices and payments. The successful candidate will also monitor outstanding balances, enter data, handle invoicing, manage costing, and follow up with suppliers. A key aspect of this position is maintaining accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Business Management or similar
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience in Dolphin Software is a MUST
Responsibilities
- Assist in tax filings, audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintain organized financial records and update accounting systems
- Process invoices, payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Enter Data, handle invoicing, costing & supplier follow up
- Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
