Candidate will specifically working on development of computational models for the group of patients with congenital heart disease and borderline size ventricle undergoing complex biventricular repair. Specific implementations within the OpenSource library PhysioBlocks (for biomechanical computational modeling) related to the patients with borderlines size ventricles (including e.g., representation of double-outlet right ventricle; double-inlet left ventricle; Glenn connection; etc). The aim of computational models will be to predict the potential short-term risk of the failure of the borderline-size ventricle after the biventricular repair. The candidate will also contribute to scientific presentations and publications in scientific journals.
