Jr Planogram Specialist (POGs)
About The Position
The Jr Planogram Specialist creates and maintains planograms used by reset merchandisers in stores. The role provides space management and section merchandising for assigned categories and customers, analyzes financial and other relevant data, and delivers space-related insights at account and market levels. It also supports client-specific reporting, maintains accurate and secure data, ensures the quality of data sources and deliverables, and performs user-acceptance testing for space management tools. The position is hourly and hybrid, with work in the office three days per week.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry-level reset or merchandising experience, or an associate degree.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify and leverage relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions.
- Ability to conduct data mining independently and effectively using CPG math concepts and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills.
- Self-starter who is willing to take ownership of responsibilities and career path.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo/Symphony, and EYC Space Management Software.
Responsibilities
- Provide space management and section merchandising for assigned categories and customers, including financial data analysis and space-related insights at account and market levels.
- Participate in developing and maintaining client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
- Develop and ensure planograms meet customer and client visual standards while increasing space for represented brands based on sales performance.
- Collect, organize, store, and maintain data to ensure it is accurate, accessible, and secure.
- Conduct quality control of data sources and ensure deliverable accuracy, engaging with other BI associates and data or tool vendors as needed.
- Perform user-acceptance testing for space management tools.
