About The Position

This entry-level retail team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes retail tasks related to products, customer service, merchandising, and stocking shelves so they are ready for customers. The Stocking Clerk moves products to their correct shelf locations, handles backstock and waste, and works with leadership to complete assigned areas. The position includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and may involve other tasks that support store operations.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
