About The Position

The Planogram Specialist supports the Sales Organization by developing, maintaining, and executing planograms, store layouts, merchandising standards, and retail reset initiatives. The role partners with Sales, Merchandising, Retail Execution, and retail customers to promote consistent product placement, effective use of space, and successful merchandising program execution. It creates and maintains planograms, shelf schematics, spacing guides, item libraries, and store-specific layouts, using space planning tools, retailer standards, and internal merchandising guidelines. This is an execution-focused merchandising and space-planning role, rather than a category analytics or category strategy position. It requires regular in-office presence and periodic field visits to retail accounts; employees are expected to work onsite and in retail locations as necessary to support collaboration, execution, and business operations according to department and management expectations. Frequent travel within the assigned market and occasional overnight travel may be required. Glazer’s Beer and Beverage describes its culture as inclusive and welcoming, with diversity driving innovative solutions for employees, retailers, and supplier partners. The job description provides a general overview, is not an employment contract, and notes that duties and requirements may change based on business needs.
