About The Position
The Jr. Graphic Designer supports the creative team across a roster of artists, providing day-to-day design execution and visual consistency across campaigns. This role focuses on bringing concepts to life efficiently while maintaining brand integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Designing digital banners for web and retail placements
- Creating and resizing social assets across platforms
- Supporting website updates and visual refreshes
- Building and formatting presentation decks
- Assisting with packaging layouts and production-ready files
- Capturing design-specific notes and action items during in-person meetings to ensure seamless follow-through
