About The Position

As a Jr Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our design team to create engaging and effective visual content for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or agency setting.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs for online training courses, marketing materials, and website.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all visual content.
Create and edit graphics, images, and videos for use in various digital and print materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into designs.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the overall brand and marketing strategy.
Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop new design concepts.
Provide design support for other departments as needed.
