We're currently hiring Journeyperson Pipefitters for a temporary position in Cold Lake, AB, starting July/ early August, 2026 to October 20th, 2026. Requirements

  • Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
  • PSV installation and removal experience.
  • Experience with Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.
  • Experience greasing well-head valves.
  • Able to use standard tools of trade work with welders to fit/tack piping & rigging.
  • Prior Confined Space Entry experience.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Aerial Work Platform, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to site.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Responsibilities

  • Install and remove PSV (Pressure Safety Valve).
  • Grease well-head valves.
  • Use standard tools of the trade.
  • Work with welders to fit/tack piping.
  • Perform rigging operations.
