Requirements

  • Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Pipefitter Card.
  • Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • Welding to include MIG and ARC.
  • Familiar with Conveyors, Pumps, and gearboxes, etc.
  • Experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, boilers, and compressors.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.
  • Manage several priorities at once.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
  • Share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
