About The Position

This role is for a Journeyperson Maintenance Pipefitter responsible for troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. The position requires a strong focus on safety, attendance, and quality of work. The pipefitter will work with various industrial systems and equipment, including welding, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, boilers, and compressors. The role also involves continuous learning, teamwork, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must be willing to work any shift, including holidays and weekends, and be available for overtime and call-ins. Authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid driver's license are required.

Requirements

  • Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Pipefitter Card.
  • Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
  • On the job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work.
  • Proficiency in MIG and ARC welding.
  • Familiarity with Conveyors, Pumps, and gearboxes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Good decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, boilers, and compressors.
  • Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training.
  • Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.
  • Ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
  • Willingness to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
