Requirements
- Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State or Idaho).
- Strong diagnostic skills to tackle complex plumbing issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar platforms) is a huge plus.
- A commitment to safety, codes, and administrative accuracy.
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber ready to earn big and work with the best.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping with precision.
- Maintain systems that meet strict industry standards and local codes.
- Clearly explain diagnoses and solutions to customers, building trust instantly.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep homes safe.
- Collaborate with the office to manage permits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Keep your licenses and certifications up to date with the latest regulations.
- Benchmark $40k a month in sell and perform.
