Requirements

• License Required: Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State or Idaho).
• Problem Solver: Strong diagnostic skills to tackle complex plumbing issues.
• People Person: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar platforms) is a huge plus.
• Compliance Pro: A commitment to safety, codes, and administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose & Fix: Troubleshoot and repair water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping with precision.
• Service Right: Maintain systems that meet strict industry standards and local codes.
• Be the Expert: Clearly explain diagnoses and solutions to customers, building trust instantly.
• Prevent Emergencies: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep homes safe.
• Handle the Paperwork: Collaborate with the office to manage permits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Stay Sharp: Keep your licenses and certifications up to date with the latest regulations.
• Benchmark $40k a month in sell and perform
