Requirements

• 3rd year - Journeyman Plumbing certification
• Must be able to work in tight spaces
• Clean driving record, and drivers abstract
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment

Nice To Haves

• Apprentice Plumbers 3rd year or higher
• Service experience
• Boiler experience

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled plumbing tasks in installing piping, fitting, tanks and valves in water systems and hot water systems, including mains and branches.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, heating, ventilation, gas, fire protection, and site drainage.
• Comprehend plumbing system fundamentals and design.
• Maintain a clean, organized van.
• Be available as the on-call technician one week on a regular rotation.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies at all times and client Health and Safety policies when working at client locations.
