About The Position
The Joint Operations Readiness (Senior) supports planning and execution of joint SOF training and readiness events, contributing to exercise design and operational integration.
Requirements
- 10+ years SOF experience.
- Former E-7+/CW2+/O-3+.
- 3+ years JTS experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exercise control (EXCON) experience.
- Training development and scenario writing.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Top Secret Clearance
- US Citizenship
Responsibilities
- Support joint exercise planning and execution.
- Develop training scenarios and objectives.
- Coordinate across joint/interagency partners.
- Support readiness assessments and reporting.
