SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Joint SOF Operations Coordinator to support an opportunity at MacDill AFB, FL. This role is critical to synchronizing operations across multiple echelons, maintaining situational awareness, and ensuring seamless coordination between staff elements, subordinate units, and higher headquarters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in fast-paced SOF environments, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities and support senior leader decision-making.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of SOF experience in tactical/operational planning, mission execution, or training coordination
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Top-Secret/SCI clearance
  • Former Commissioned Officer (O-3 or higher), OR Warrant Officer (CW2 or higher), OR Enlisted (E-7 or higher)
  • Recent (within the last 5 years) experience in an operations-focused role supporting SOF environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, deconflict competing requirements, and maintain operational continuity
  • Strong experience supporting battle rhythm activities and staff coordination at multiple echelons
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
