About The Position

As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and provide customer-focused service in the luxury jewelry industry. You will use the company’s inventory and designer collections to help customers make informed, personalized choices and deliver a memorable experience from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up. The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, staying organized and detail-oriented, and maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance. Requirements

• Must be able to work Saturdays.

• GIA certification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers’ needs and provide excellent service throughout the shopping experience, from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and position Diamonds Direct as a preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process with the customer’s best interests in mind, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and pay close attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance consistent with Diamonds Direct’s standards.
