About The Position

As a Jewelry Sales Associate with Diamonds Direct, you will work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment, offering customers access to a vast inventory and leading jewelry designers. The role combines luxury jewelry sales with customer-focused service and relationship building. You will guide customers through personalized purchasing decisions, manage the sales process and follow through after the sale, and maintain an organized, professional work environment. Requirements

• Previous luxury sales and/or diamond sales experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
• Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.

Nice To Haves

• GIA certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury sales and/or diamond sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customers’ needs and provide a memorable shopping experience, from the initial greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and position Diamonds Direct as customers’ preferred destination for luxury jewelry.
• Use knowledge of the inventory and designer collections to guide customers toward informed, personalized choices.
• Manage the sales process in the customer’s best interest, including detailed follow-through after the sale.
• Maintain an organized work environment and pay close attention to detail throughout the sales process.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance that reflect Diamonds Direct’s standards.
