It serves as a liaison between functional and operational Heads and Managers to develop and implement labor strategies from an operational perspective. The role involves designing and implementing actions and/or projects that ensure a harmonious and productive work environment through the development, implementation, and management of labor policies and practices that comply with labor legislation, foster effective communication between employees and employers, and promote fair and efficient resolution of labor conflicts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure, review, and control the execution according to established procedures in the application of collective bargaining agreement costs in complementary business operations, guaranteeing that reviews adhere to adequate criteria and within legal parameters, allowing for the search for clauses beneficial to collaborators and the company, as well as validating and tracking the required documentation to remain within the legal framework of labor regulations.
  • Implement and supervise labor policies and procedures that promote fair and equitable labor practices from the hiring process to employee separation.
  • Manage, establish, and maintain effective relationships with unions and employee representatives to handle and resolve labor conflicts and employee grievances fairly and efficiently, as well as implement mediation and negotiation strategies to prevent and resolve disputes.
  • Design, propose, and implement initiatives aimed at creating a positive work environment in complementary business operations where employees feel valued, heard, and satisfied; this with an ethical approach that not only protects the company from potential legal repercussions but also strengthens the relationship between collaborators and the company, promoting a productive organizational culture.
  • Manage and supervise channels for reporting complaints and ethical concerns, ensuring they are accessible and confidential, as well as follow up on investigations into complaints in accordance with the guidelines and directives of the Ethics and Compliance area.
