About The Position

Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is seeking a Java Developer to build and enhance enterprise applications using modern Java and AWS technologies. The position is onsite in New York, NY, five days a week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

The successful candidate will work independently with users to understand requirements and business use cases, adapt to functional needs, and implement solutions. The role calls for ownership, initiative, and the ability to quickly take on and drive implementation projects independently.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on developer experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ownership and self-starter mindset, with the ability to get up to speed quickly and drive implementation projects independently.
• AWS cloud experience, including Airflow, ECS Fargate, Aurora, and Lambda.
• Experience or knowledge involving Java, DB2, Snowflake, and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of AWS infrastructure deployment, testing, and configuration, including resiliency setups.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Co-pilot, and Kaleidoscope.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer is unavailable.
